Three camps a year, at key moments of the season, for boys and girls aged 8 to 17.
At Futzen Academy we have spent more than a year and a half helping boys and girls grow on and off the pitch. At our camps we work on technique, decision-making and mindset in small groups, with individual attention and guest professionals who share their experience with the players.

Halfway through the season and with the holidays, it's easy to lose rhythm. At Christmas we keep it going: we review the first half of the season and set each player's goals for the second, so they return to their team in January active, motivated and clear about what to do.

Boys and girls aged 8 to 17. Groups are organised by age and level, so everyone trains with players at their stage and at a pace that helps them grow.

- Two training sessions a day1 h 30 min each, using Futzen's own methodology and led by UEFA-licensed coaches.
- Individual Action Plan (PAI)Individual work for each player within the group, to improve decision-making in real game situations.
- Individual reportThe coaches set out each player's strengths and areas for improvement.
- Educational talksWith professionals in fitness, nutrition, psychology and more. No talk is repeated: something new to learn every day.
- High-quality equipmentModern equipment in every session.
- Snack and waterA mid-morning snack every day and water throughout the day.
- Photo packCamp photos are sent to families at the end.
Closing tournament.
On the last day of each week: 24 and 31 December.
Matches against outside players, and each player can invite their friends to play. It's a special day: families come down to the pitch for the group photo, we celebrate the end of the week together and you can talk to the coaches about your son's or daughter's progress.

It's the final stretch of the season, when leagues are decided and every match counts for more. We work on each player's areas for improvement so they go back to their team with more confidence and better decisions, just when they're needed most.

Without the pressure of competition, summer is the best time to grow. There's more time to work on technique in depth, fine-tune details and get the player ready for next season, with a summer atmosphere and plenty of fun.
