What data we process and why
- Camp registration: the data in the registration form, to manage the place, payment and communication with the family. The form is a Microsoft Forms form and the answers are stored in FUTZEN's Microsoft 365 account.
- Contact: name, email, phone number if you give it, subject and message, to answer your enquiry. Messages are stored in a FUTZEN Google Drive spreadsheet.
- Private list: your email address, to send you FUTZEN news, events and offers. Only if you expressly agree. Your email address is stored in a FUTZEN Google Drive spreadsheet. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our emails or by writing to us. Emails are sent from FUTZEN's Gmail account (Google) without showing your address to other recipients.
Minors
If the player is under 14, registration and joining the private list must be done by their parent or legal guardian. Using photos or videos of players requires a separate image authorisation.
Legal basis and retention
The legal basis is your consent and, for registrations, the provision of the contracted service. Data is kept for as long as the relationship with the academy lasts or until you unsubscribe and, after that, for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to futzen.bcn24@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. Fonts and images are served from the website itself.
The registration form is a Microsoft Forms form, which uses its own cookies to work. That's why it only loads if you accept them in the notice. If you don't accept them, you'll see a button to load it whenever you want.
The website stores three notes in your browser: your answer to the notice, whether you have already joined the private list and, during your visit, whether you have already seen its pop-up, so it isn't shown again. You can delete them in your browser settings.
Registration terms
Booking and payment
Registration is done through the form on the website. FUTZEN contacts the family to confirm the details and explain payment, which is made by bank transfer. The place is only reserved once payment has been received.
Places
Places are limited. Registration closes when the limit is reached.
Prices and discounts
Prices are those published on each camp's page. The FUTZEN kit is compulsory if the player doesn't already have it. Discounts cannot be combined and only apply to the camp price, not to the kit.
Cancellations
Each cancellation is looked at individually with the family. Refunds are not guaranteed, and cancellations may mean losing priority when registering for future FUTZEN events.
Collecting players
Minors may only go home on their own if the family has handed in a signed authorisation. Without it, a coach stays with the player until the family arrives.
